MEMBERSHIP OF THE ASAA OFFERS:

- A forum for discussion.

- Official recognition as a member of an incorporated art society.
- An organisation associated with other international aviation art societies such as the Guild of Aviation Artists UK and the American Society of Aviation Artists.
Membership is open to all people who have a passion for depicting aviation subject matter, be it aircraft, spacecraft, aircrew and ground staff, etc, by any means including normal art processes (oil, water colour, acrylic, drawing and sketching) photography, sculpture, diorama, computer generated technical drawing, technical illustration and commercial methods of depiction, woodcraft, etc. We are primarily interested in preserving Australia's aviation heritage. The Society is not a teaching facility, but the interaction of members and their sharing of techniques and procedures, experiences, knowledge and skills, etc, provides for far more motivation and skills development than does any classroom.
