WELCOME to the ASAA gallery of John Castle. A varied career in Europe eventually saw John immigrate to Australia in 1969 where art, drama, education and the retail industry kept him active. He now continues with his art via commissions and a focus on aviation art. Select examples of John's artwork from the list at left, below.

RAF BLENHEIM 105 Sqdn

RAF Blenheim of 105 Sqdn flying out of Malta. This was a commission for Brian "Tich" Hanafin of South Australia. He was one the few who survived this tour, none of the aircraft did. He went on to do another two tours in Mosquitos, including the raid on the gestapo prison in France.
